1. General Information
Peru Magical Experience is a travel agency based in Cusco, Peru, specializing in cultural, traditional, and adventure tours in the Andean region. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Reservations and Payments

2.1 Booking Procedure
Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or by contacting our travel advisors directly. To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment is required, depending on the specific tour or service.

2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other secure payment platforms. Any transaction fees or bank charges must be covered by the client.

2.3 Pricing Policy
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include the services listed in each itinerary (transport, entrance tickets, guide, meals, etc.). Prices do not include personal expenses, insurance, or tips, unless otherwise stated.

2.4 Balance Payment
If only a deposit is made at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid at least [insert number] days before the tour starts. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The following refund policy applies:

  • More than 15 days before the tour: 80% refund

  • Between 7 and 15 days before: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before: no refund

3.2 Cancellations by Peru Magical Experience
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety issues, strikes, or force majeure events. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled tour or a partial refund.

3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within [insert number] business days. Administrative or transaction fees may apply and be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Changes and Modifications

4.1 Changes by the Client
Any changes to dates, participants, or services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional costs may apply.

4.2 Changes by the Agency
Peru Magical Experience may modify itineraries, departure times, or service components for operational or safety reasons, ensuring the best possible experience for the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Be on time for all tours and activities.

  • Follow the instructions of guides and staff.

  • Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or food restrictions.

  • Respect local customs, nature, and cultural heritage.

  • Be in adequate physical condition for the chosen tour.

6. Agency Responsibilities
We commit to providing professional, safe, and high-quality services. However, we are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or other issues caused by third parties or unforeseeable events beyond our control.

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance that includes coverage for accidents, health emergencies, cancellations, and theft. Peru Magical Experience does not provide personal insurance coverage.

8. Claims and Legal Jurisdiction
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the service has been provided. Legal disputes will be resolved under Peruvian law in the courts of the city of Cusco.
